Force and Torque

  1. After connecting the force plate in Live mode, force and torque data can be displayed in real time. Click on "Force Plate Data" in the toolbar at the top of the software. In the "Force Plate Data" window, force and torque readings will be displayed in real time (16.1.6.2). Data for force and torque recorded in Live mode can also be displayed in the "Force Plate Data" window during Edit Mode.

  2. In the "Force Plate Data" window, you can change the force units via the "Force Units" drop-down menu, with options such as "Kilogram-Force, " "Pound-Force, " and "Newtons" available (16.1.6.3). In the same window, you can toggle the "Zeroing Option" drop-down menu; the software defaults to "No Zeroing" (16.1.6.4).
